Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using NewTools, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these terms. If you use NewTools for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

Lawful and acceptable use

Use NewTools only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the service, other people, or third parties.

  • Do not submit malware, unlawful material, stolen credentials, or content intended to exploit or disrupt systems.
  • Do not bypass security controls, rate limits, access restrictions, or technical safeguards.
  • Do not use automated requests that overload the service or interfere with another person's use.
  • Do not use NewTools to violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, contractual, or other legal rights.

Files, links, and other user content

You retain any rights you hold in files, links, text, and other content you submit. You give NewTools and the service providers needed for the selected tool a limited permission to receive, process, transmit, and return that content solely to operate the request, secure the service, and comply with law.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit and process the content. Do not submit confidential or sensitive material unless online processing is appropriate and authorized.

File-processing risks

Some tools run in your browser; others upload files or URLs to NewTools APIs, the separate PDF service, public media sources, or configured providers. Processing can fail, alter formatting or metadata, reduce quality, produce a larger file, or return an incomplete or incompatible result.

Keep an independent copy of important files, inspect every result before relying on it, and do not use NewTools as your only storage location. NewTools does not promise a universal file-retention or deletion period across all tools.

AI-generated output

AI transcription and summarization can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or misleading. Output may omit context, misunderstand names or technical terms, or resemble material produced for other users.

Review the original source and verify important facts. AI output is not legal, medical, financial, academic, or other professional advice and must not be used as the sole basis for consequential decisions.

Third-party services

NewTools relies on or interacts with third-party infrastructure and services, including hosting, analytics when configured, public media platforms, PDF processing, and AI providers. Third parties control their own availability, terms, and data practices.

NewTools is not responsible for third-party content, platform changes, blocked requests, expired source links, or a third party's decision to limit or discontinue access.

Service availability and changes

NewTools is provided on an as-available basis. Tools may be changed, limited, suspended, or removed for maintenance, security, legal, provider, capacity, or product reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular processing time, or that every file or URL will work.

Current public tools can be used without creating a NewTools account. Nothing in these terms promises future features or continued free availability of every feature.

NewTools intellectual property

The NewTools name, visual design, site code, original text, and service arrangement are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms permit use of the service, not ownership of NewTools materials.

Third-party names, logos, content, and platforms remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NewTools is provided without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, security, or error-free operation.

Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NewTools and those involved in operating it will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the service.

You remain responsible for your content, your use of outputs, and any violation of these terms or third-party rights. Mandatory liability that cannot lawfully be limited remains unaffected.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction that cannot be waived, disputes relating to NewTools will be submitted to the competent courts of Egypt.

Before filing a claim, please contact us and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service, providers, risks, or law. The revised terms will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use after the revised terms take effect means you accept them.

The English version is the legal source. Translations are provided for convenience and should be interpreted consistently with the English version.
